A country which is definitely not dealing with the traditional issues of Europe but which is really modern in some policies and new technologies production. This period could represent a parenthesis in this troubled old Continent common politicies, or mark a change. Possibly coming from the Eastern winds. How and in which aspects? It is what we will analyze in this issue of NEU, clearly focused on this important theme and its implications.
