North Korea and UNGA
Editorial 2 October 2017It is of course the subject of the moment. But also a fear, a nightmare coming again. The crisis between North Korea and the US seems to prospect nothing positive. Not to hide the fact that it affects now and will affect more in the future even South Corea, Japan, Russia and the European Union. In the meanwhile a United Nations General Assembly took place. The two issues are obiouvsly interrelated, and question everybody especially about one fact: are the international and sovranational authorities still capable of overcome the national interests and quarrels of the moment?
