Editorial 1 March 2018Since the start of the process of EU building some issues were more intensely discussed than others. And in some peculiar periods more than in others. It is the case of nowadays with the Defence and Security policies. The reason why is absolutely related to the step we are today in the process of construction. If one brick in the building has to be put in common in fact, many say, is exactly this one. So, why is it still in the hands of the singular governments?
